Hi,

You may put

\override Score.RehearsalMark #'break-visibility = #begin-of-line-invisible
\override Score.RehearsalMark #'self-alignment-X = #RIGHT \mark "Fine."

inside "ErstS" and avoid using it inside "global" unless you want "Fine" & "Da
capo al Fine." appear in part extraction instead of putting it in each part.

ErstS = <<
\global
{
  ees2 ees4 g bes2. bes4 g ees f2 bes, ees4. f8 g4 f8 ees bes'4. aes8 g2
  ees4. ees8 ees4 ees aes2 bes4 bes c2 aes c4 bes ~ bes aes g ees f2 d4 aes' g1
\bar "|." \override Score.RehearsalMark #'break-visibility =
#begin-of-line-invisible \override Score.RehearsalMark #'self-alignment-X =
#RIGHT \mark "Fine."

  c4 bes8 aes g2 bes2 bes4 g bes2 g r4 ees f g aes g aes bes c2.
  c4 c2( a4) c c2( a2) c c ~ c a ~ a r4 bes aes2 g4 ees aes aes f d ees1 \bar
"||" \mark "Da capo al Fine."
}

Regarding systems spacing issue, use use following \paper block Instead of
#(set-default-paper-size "letter"),

\paper {

  #(set-paper-size "letter")

  print-page-number = ##t

  ragged-last-bottom = ##t

  ragged-bottom = ##f

}

Hope this helps.

Eby
