Hi,
when lyric syllabes are close to each other, LilyPond can remove the hyphen,
which is nice.
But unfortunately, there sometimes remains a small space, which can be
confusing because the syllabes then look like two words instead of one.
(E.g. try this in 2.12 or 2.13)
\relative c' {
c4. e
}
\addlyrics {
re -- joice
}
What I'm looking for is a way to really concatenate the syllabes if LilyPond
decides to remove the hyphen, including kerning, like \concat does.
Does anybody have a hint for a strategy to solve this?
Thanks, best regards,
Wilbert Berendsen
