Hans: hopefully this bug will be fixed in a future version. In the
meantime you may try adding a \break before this measure, hopefully
this will help.

Or tweak the horizontal extent of the clef in question. Add
        \once \override Staff.Clef #'minimum-X-extent = #'(-1 . 2)
before the treble clef and find suitable values.
