Any comments and suggestions for improvements are of course very
welcome.
Especially concerning the shaky staff-handling introducing the "tutti"
or "Tempo Primo" ending section.
And also the fitting of staffs on pages should be a bit more balanced -
ie. the last staff on page 2 should be pushed to page 3 without changin
the rest too much.
