Yes, absolutely!  Note that these are aimed at developers, but any
normal user who is serious about learning a new feature should be
able to figure it out with a bit of experimentation.

For clarity, here we are talking about stuff in
Documentation/snippets/new/.  The overall format is like a LSR
snippet -- basically, if a contributor sends him the same kind of
information that they would write for a LSR snippet, then he can
do the rest.
