Hi there,
I'm pleased to inform you that I've submitted a portfile for the development
version of Lilypond to Macports.
It should be up now so to install last (command line only) version of lilypond,
you can do:
sudo port install lilypond-devel
Next step would be to add Frescobaldi ;)
