Thank you! It wasn't that I couldn't find the material. In fact, I'd read it several times, but (as is often the case for me with LilyPond) I still have a lot to learn about how to assemble just the right pieces of information in just the right order or syntax or grammar or whatever it is that I still don't "get" so that it controls the output for me.
