Double bar before open repeat

Greetings -

I'm running LY 2.14.1 under Ubuntu.

I'm trying to get at double bar line at the end of a line, with an open repeat bar at the beginning of the next line. Does anyone know if that's possible? I'm attaching a copy of what I've tried (unsuccessfully).
