I just got a review of a paper I had to submit as a Word document. I used styles for special content (like "composer", "work title" etc.) and - as I usually do - colored them so I can immediately see that I have applied the right style. The first comment from the reviewer was to apologize for the significant number of edits that are all marked by Word because he first "had to remove all the colors and italics I had introduced to the text". OMG. Urs
