How do I apply formatting to text in a header field which is destined to be inside a `\wordwarp-field` command. Say, for instance, that I wanted to italicize the words "incididunt ut labore" in the following snippet (taken from the documentation for `\wordwrap-field`):

%%% BEGIN snippet %%%
\version 2.19.80

\header {
  title = "My title"
  myText = "Lorem ipsum dolor sit amet, consectetur adipisicing
    elit, sed do eiusmod tempor incididunt ut labore et dolore
    magna aliqua. Ut enim ad minim veniam, quis nostrud
    exercitation ullamco laboris nisi ut aliquip ex ea commodo

\paper {
  bookTitleMarkup = \markup {
    \column {
      \fill-line { \fromproperty #'header:title }
      \wordwrap-field #'header:myText

\markup {
%%% END snippet %%%
