Here's the first thing that comes to mind. No emotional investment, any
modifying or rejection of concept is fine.
PNG attached.
Main dialog shows music preview.
Below preview, separate drop-down lists for each selectable font type.
(Or, if the available drop-down list controls aren't capable enough, a
button for each font type that opens a separate font selection dialog.
Beside each button, the selected font name is displayed.)
Music preview updates on each font selection change.
When finished, preview changes to LilyPond code. Insertion at cursor or
copying to clipboard is then offered.
