Hi,
Linphone is free software, you can do what you want with it provided that all
that you did is free software (under the GPL license).
That means all source code you develop must be open-source (GPL licensed).
If you feel unconfortable with releasing your application under GPL, you can
purchase a proprietary license from Belledonne Communications.
