Hello,On iOS, the only way to wake the app up when the app is killed or in background is to use voip push notifications. Make sure that your SIP service supports sending push notifications and that in your account settings the push notification settings is enabled.Regards

I am an IT Technician for ATS Tech.
We use Linphone for our voip systems.
On apple however the app does not seem to work properly.
When minimized the app does not receive calls like with Samsung.
Is there a fix to get linphone working on apple?
Almost same problem here: Our Linphone software, installed on an Android mobile phone, never receives calls no matter what. The caller gets a 30 sec continuous tone, then a busy signal.
