Okay, I've added those two, and removed the cvs and svn stuff.
When convenient, would you please test to make sure those are
adequate to build xmlwrapp with autotools? We just want to be
sure of that before upgrading cygwin in the office--which can
be really difficult, largely due to firewall issues, so it's
much better to do it only once there.
