Version 3.11 of Lout now available

I have placed a sneak preview version of Lout, Version 3.11, in my ftp
directory for evaluation:

    ftp://ftp.cs.su.oz.au/jeff/lout/lout.3.11.tar.gz

There are also diff files there from 3.08 and 3.10 to 3.11.  After comments
and reports are received I hope to make this a new stable release.  The main
changes in this version are

(1) It incorporates Valeriy E. Ushakov's fix for the long-standing problem
    that was causing Lout to crash when reading databases on DOS-like systems.
    I would be very interested to hear of people's experiences with this fix.

(2) The paragraph breaker no longer calls the CorrectOversize routine that
    used to complain so often and cause Lout to abort.  The new version is
    logically superior to the old one, but there may be a few settling in
    problems with it, so please look out for oddly formatted paragraphs.

Several smaller enhancements, such as Italian, are also included.  Please
let me have your comments and suggestions.
