As I've promised.  @MySimpleSectionHeadingFormat is roughly what you
need, add formatting according to tase.  @MyFancySectionHeadingFormat
demonstrates how to add some minor chrome.  I used report, by this
should make no difference as actual formatting happens inside
@LargeScaleStructure
