I have attached a simple "dumbf" layout that is a "docf" dumbed down
to the extreme and heavily commented. You can look at it and compare
it with the "docf" to see how features are added. This should give
the idea how layouts evolve.
"dumbf" demonstrates key patterns of layouts based on @DocumentSetup:
the virtual stack of paper created by invocation of @PageList; the
@DocumentBody symbol that send content to the pages; the @Text symbol
that directs the actual body of the document (what user typed) into
the right place; and the @Document symbol that combines that @PageList
and @DocumentBody.
