Version 3.22 of Lout is now available from the usual place:
ftp://ftp.cs.usyd.edu.au/jeff/lout/lout-3.22.tar.gz
I don't really recommend you get it, because it is almost certain
not to work properly with PDF - it's an intermediate version that
Uwe is going to work on, to improve the PDF back end. However
it works well with PostScript output, so if you are hanging out
for any of the features below, feel free to try it.
