I don't have a problem.  I ran Rapport.lout on a FreeBSD system with
3.24 and also on a Debian GNU/Linux system with 3.25 and got the same
lists items in the same places.  Are you running both 3.24 and 3.25 on
the same machine?  If so, you may be getting some interaction.  Try
removing lout.li and Rapport.lout.ld and running with 3.25 again.
