Hi all,
I am new to this linux. I have one doubt, i want to divert kernel prints to a
log file and i am not able to.
I have one board and linux is ported on it. It is working fine. now i have to
divert the kernel prints to the log file. can u suggest me the way?
I have ported linux 2.6.10 on coldfire processor. The board is having two
different images, they are:
1) Linux kernel-This i have generated using ltib.
2) Root file system- This is a jffs2 image.
I am not able to understand that to redirect the console messages, i need to
make changes in the Kernel or in the root file system. It is bit confusing for
me.
Can you suggest any way?
A quick response will be appreciated.
Thanks a lot in advance!!
Regards
PAMY
