Hi xxx,

If you're using an older version of LTIB it always checks the network
connection to the PPPs but should carry on even if they can't be found.
Later versions only check if they actually need to get something (a
patch/tarball).

Yesterday the site that hosts the GPP was down (the whole ISP was down)
and so it was correctly reporting that.  It should have continued though
regardless.  What version have you got? (./ltib --version)

There is no need to remove all rpms.  To force a full rebuild you can
just do:

$ ./ltib -f

Also even if you do remove the rpms, LTIB should not need to download
anything if the configuration has not changed as it caches any downloads
in /opt/freescale/pkgs (or /opt/ltib/pkgs for savannah versions).
