[Ltib] gcc package build fails

I'm trying to build the gcc package for ltib-mpc8315erdb-20071129 but
the build fails while compiling fp-bit.c.

I've tried this on RHEL 4 (not supported) and RH9, and I get the same
results. Does anyone know a patch or workaround for this?
