The issue you're running into is a safety measure built into ltib.

You've got a kernel prep'd in ltib/rpm/BUILD/linux* -- ltib recognizes
that and won't blow it away. If you don't have any local changes in it
you can just remove that kernel (rm -rf ltib/rpm/BUILD/linux*) and then
attempt this again.
