Hi Stuart,
Ltib is from Savannah CVS , trying to build ltib for the MPC82XX
(PowerPC)
and noticed the below warning , which however didn't stop the build
process of ltib

Don't have HTTP::Request::Common
Don't have LWP::UserAgent
Cannot test proxies, or remote file availability without both
HTTP::Request::Common and LWP::UserAgent
