[Ltib] Checking gpp configuration ?

Hi,

I installed ltib by using perl netinstall.txt in order to get the latest 
version.

How to check that the gpp rep address is properly configured?

Indeed, I got a failure message right from the first attempt to launch ltib. I 
tried several times but never was able to get the rpm file.
