Hi Peter,

It bothered me, so I've checked in a fix to e2fsprogs.spec that calls up
a new patch I've uploaded to the GPP.  The symlinks are now relative.
The patch is http://bitshrine.org/gpp/e2fsprogs-1.41.4-fix-lib-links.patch
