[Ltib] ltib 2008 on fedora 12 error

I am installing the LTIB 2008 on Fedora 12.
But i am getting the error saying....


Ltib cannot be run because one or most of the host packages needed to run it are missing or out of date.

Please install/upgrade these packages and then re-try

Died at ./ltib line 1241

and wen i verify in my host machine all the rpm packages are installed.

please any one suggest the solution
