You have the erase block size set in ltib config for JFFS2? Should match the flash device you are using.

Thanks,

Hello,

I compiled a linux 2.6.35.11, to be booted by redboot.
The old linux 2.6.22 boots fine, but now the 2.6.35.11 linux does not find the redboot FIS table:
In the linux config the FIS table is still at sector 4 (correct)(CONFIG_MTD_REDBOOT_DIRECTORY_BLOCK), but still this is printed:

Searching for RedBoot partition table in mxc_nand at offset 0x5aa0000

But the FIS table is in sector 4 (0x80000).
Why does the kernel not look in sector 4?

This solution does not help: http://forums.freescale.com/t5/Other-Microcontrollers/Linux-not-parsing-RedBoot-partition-table/m-p/32046.
Although ltib generates a 19MB rootfs, and with the mkfs.jffs2 command, it gives a 59MB rootfs?

Regards,
Jürgen
