I don't try to fix anything here (aside from possible fragmentation), what do
you mean? And what has the broken mem_malloc() to do with that?
To be honest I have not looked deeply into the SNMP code since I'm not using
SNMP, so I don't know about the allocation needs of SNMP.
However, Christiaan, I didn't really understand if you want SNMP to stay with
mem_malloc() or not...
Don't ge me wrong, I don't want to criticize you, Christiaan, since I think
you did a great job including SNMP into the stack (especially comparing the
high prices for other SNMP agents :)
However, I think it should be left to the user to decide if fragmentation is
a problem for his application or not. The way lwIP is currently implemented
8not only SNMP!), fragmentation can certainly lead to a problem (in
particular for low-memory, long-running targets).
