Follow-up Comment #18, bug #25608 (project lwip):

I guess this is a more generic problem since it also affects the TCP
timestamp option (not working with NO_SYS=1 right now) since it needs
sys_now().

Although an extra header could be useful to cleanly separate between "with
OS" and "without OS", I think for now it could be enough to move the inclusion
of sys_arch.h out of the #if NO_SYS and to remove the dummy typedef for
sys_prot_t.
