Details:
In case SNTP_SUPPORT_MULTIPLE_SERVERS, when all servers NTP declared are
available on network, but theirs stratum is in Kiss of Death (so the different
requests are replied instantly with KOD), the sntp_try_next_server function
instantly launch the next request which result in a flood of requests/replies
on the network.
The provided patch resolve the problem.
