Details:

To get back to being 'lightweight', I think i might be a good idea to have a
config option 'LWIP_SINGLE_NETIF' that drops all routing options (which don't
make much sense on single-netif devices).

To achieve this, ip loopback traffic passed through 'loopif' (is it IPv4
only?) has to take another way.
