OK. Got it. But, why is the "second line indent" applied for the rest of
the text on the block when PLAIN in effect. Why not carry on with the
"first line indent" or aplly "second line indent" for the whole block if
PLAIN is in effect? 

Here is the example:

1234567
<ul>
    + a long line ..............................  last word
      wraps here.

<ul plain>
    a long line ..............................  last word
      wraps here.

<ul plain>  <==== what I want
    a long line ..............................  last word
    wraps here.

- or -

      a long line ..............................  last word
      wraps here.

where "first line indent" is '5' and "second line indent" is '7'

For me this looks much sensible because it is consistent for all the
_lines_ in the block. At least in the indentation of the text. Will it
violate any rules (internal/extarnal) in this way?
