Okay, here's a page written apparently for Microsoft IE.

The problem is down at the link titled News. Lynx 2.6 is not
treating it as a real link, even though it numbers it as a link if you
turn on link numbering. It's the only link on the page that acts like this.
I suspect that it's a problem with comments. However, to date I haven't figured
out which one - I tried making a copy of the file and deleting the one
that seemed relevant, but it didn't help.
