Yes.  If you are using 2.5 or greater, hit the k key while in lynx for a
list of key commands and note that the '*' key toggles inline images into
links.  You can also do this from the command line.  Type 'lynx -help' for
a list of command line options, and you will notice that -image_links will
toggle on links for images.  Once you have links for all of the images
using one of these two methods, then just select the link to get the
image.

If you are using an older version of lynx, it's more complicated.  You'll
have to view the source with '\' and get the url (partial or full) from
the source.  If the the url is a full url, you can just 'g'oto and enter
the url.  If it's a partial (most likely), then you will have to look at
the base loaction with '=' and build the url manually from the base and
the partial.
