LYNX-DEV fix to dired

Klaus' fix to DIRED of Sun, 17 Nov 1996, keeps lynx from crashing
when permission is denied or another error occurs with mkdir or mv.
The error message from sunos, and then a message from lynx are displayed.

The only problem I can see is that the screen is not repainted after
the recovery when the dired command is input directly, eg, `c' or `m'.
If you use the menu `f' to execute the respective commands, the screen
is repainted after the error recovery.
