LYNX-DEV Installing lynx .

Sir,
I have been trying to install lynx on a DEC alpha 2100 server. It
refuses t compile. I dont have access to root and I wish to compile
it in my area. Can you explain the procedure in understandable
words. (N.B. I'm trying to install lynx ver 2-6)
