I think someone has pointed this one out before, and I believe that there
might have been some bad html in that form, but it doesn't crash later
versions of lynx.  I tried the URL, and it may be a timed type thing cause
it wouldn't let me access it.

You should try to convince your system administration people to upgrade to
the latest version which is 2.6 plus some patches.  There are a LOT of bug
fixes and enhancements since 2.4-FM.
