The `[]' toggle to go to the second screen or back to the first
is a waste of resources.  Just hitting the space bar flicks you
back and forth.  Only one definition in LYMessages_en.h for the
prompt (after `v' => `=') is necessary and preferable:
#define MULTIBOOKMARKS_SAVE \
 "[A-Z] Select bookmark, [SPACE] 1st/2nd Screen, [^G] Cancel: "

Recommend doing away with `MULTIBOOKMARKS_MOVE'.
