LYNX-DEV more lpansi

Upon looking into lpansi a little further, I found that an
improved version of it had been posted to the list two years
ago.

lpansi 2.1 accepts stdin and has a couple other features
not present in the version that came with lynx 2.6.  check
http://lynx.cc.ukans.edu/lynx-dev/9410/0038.html
for the shell archive.

Using lynx, go to the URL and then (p)rint to a file.  
Using an editor, chop off the top and very bottom of the 
printed file, then run 'sh file' as per the instructions.

The makefile is about useless; just 'cc -o lpansi lpansi.c'
to get the lpansi executable.
