        Unfortunately, the relevant time functions were put in the
CERN server modules instead of the libwww modules, but it you get
the server code, you'll have a good model for using them.

        The more current libwww's also have them, moved in after
the CERN server was essentially abandoned for a Java server by
the W3C.
