You should probably use LINK REV=made, for standardness.

Perhaps there should be an indicator in the status lines(s)?
On a related note, how hard would it be to make the smallest frame of a
<FRAMESET> act like a LINK REV=toolbar? I think this would probably be the
best way of implementing frames in an easily navigable way.
