LYNX-DEV Lynx-friendly page layout

I have been asked to comment on a new page layout from my ISP.
Its at http://www.sunbeach.net/temppages/index.html

When I look at the "main" frame, much of the page is empty, although if I
press 'l' I can see the links...whats wrong with it?
