While on the subject:
Neither of these is correct, in the comment. The Cyrillic character
that looks like a Roman e with two dots is not Euml or euml, but is
IOcy or iocy.
See Annex D of ISO 8879 (if you just happen to have a copy lying
around...) for other entity names. Posting the names for use in an
SGML application is certainly fair use, so if anyone wants it, I can
send a list of the names.
