Yes, I think it should convert them.  If you enter D:/TEST.HTML in
Internet Explorer, it will display that as the URL.  If you enter the same
in Netscape, it will convert it to something like file:///D|/TEST.HTML.
Both of which may be invalid, but since drag and drop has no concept of
file: URL's and just sends the DOS/Win style filename, Lynx should handle
it to be truely competitive as a full-fledged browser under Win.
