I only needed to define LYNXCGI_LINKS.  I didn't do anything with
TRUSTED_LYNXCGI or LYNXCGI_PATH.  My operating system is NetBSD.  YMMV.

But I'm quite used to being humiliated;  I can even go and stick my head
in a bucket of water if you want...
