If you are using Lynx 2-7-2, then despite the poorly worded message saying
that you can't, you can easily access the information in the Times and other
sites that use frames by selecting the links that Lynx displays. They will
look something like this:

  FRAME: <text>
  FRAME: <text>

where <text> is the name of the frame and will be the link. It may or may
not make any sense (depending on if the programmer had a clue! They usually
