LYNX-DEV autoconf & Ultrix standart cc compiler

On Ultrix, all works fine with gcc. I have tried the latest development
code with Ultrix native cc compiler just to see if it works correctly. 

The problem: Ultrix cc is a very dumb compiler, and doesn't accept -g
together with -O.  It displays a warning and doesn't optimize the code.
