        I'm getting a Bad HTML warning for that, but didn't look into
why.  Anyway, how about this:

     * There are recurring compatibility problems between DECC and MultiNet
       headers on VMS.  If you see compiler errors mentioning timeval, htons,
       ntohs, or other variables or functions, read the instructions at the
       end of the PROBLEMS file in the distribution.
