This may be related to a problem that I noticed, but haven't figured out
how to fix with lynx_386. URL's of the form
"file://localhost/c:/pathtofile.ext" work well, but URL's of the form
"file://localhost/pathtofile.ext" don't, even when trying to access the
same file on the default drive. I can get a directory listing with the
latter, but can not access the files themselves. The drive letter seems
to be required in the parsing and does not default to the current drive.
(Latest version tried ac-0.50, with chartrans and zlib).

P.S. Thanks for the zlib additions. This seems to be working well in
lynx_386.
